kxEntity

I separated the enums into their own header due to their increasing volume.  I added the ability to add lights to the editor and grew impatient.  Began some experimenting with kyuplex's look and feel.  Tried lighting, no wireframes, flat shading, etc.  Polygon offset still doesn't work well for the wireframes.  I might try my old nudge function combined with a shader to clean up the jagged edges.  Irrlicht's antialiasing is crappy.
